Refund policy

Return Window: Return requests are accepted within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Return Conditions:

• Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all factory safety seals fully intact.

• Due to safety, hygiene, and strict quality-control regulations governing dietary and probiotic supplements, opened or used units are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items: If an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or with missing/incorrect items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery. Clear photographs showing the shipping carton, product lot numbers, and visible damage are required for evaluation before a replacement or full refund can be issued.

Refund Processing & Shipping Costs:

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping postage unless the return is due to carrier damage or an internal fulfillment error.

• Once returned goods are received, inspected, and approved by the fulfillment warehouse, refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
